OPS Recap: earn points by completing Ops Recap on Tot Zone
Mystery Shops: points are based on the mystery shop score. Points are calculated by multiplying score % by 10 points.
Complaints: calculated from the current month. Points will be calculated on a sliding scale. Ex: 0.00-2.00 = 750 points
Speed of Service
New added this year, Speed of Service OnTime monthly percdentages. Points are calculated by multiplying OnTime % by 10 points. Ex: 65% x 10= 650pts
•Bonus - After 8pm OnTime: Points will be calculated on a sliding scale. Ex: >75% earn 600 bonus points, <60% earn 0 points
